August was one of five DA members who resigned in solidarity with embattled Cape Town Mayor Patricia de Lille on Thursday.

Their resignations came just hours ahead of the release a report by law firm Bowman Gilfillan into malfeasance at the council.

There's a whole lot of noise around the issue, trying to deflect from the issue, but let's have a look at what the report says.
