The legal fraternity in Cape Town suffered a loss on Tuesday following the murder of Advocate Pete Mihalik who was shot dead while dropping his kids at school in GreenPoint.
His son was injured in the shooting and by late yesterday police confirmed they had taken one person in for questioning.
Lawyer Marcelo Stevens paid tribute to Mihalik calling him his mentor.

Mihalik leaves behind a 17-year-old daughter and an eight-year-old son who is currently in hospital.
