I also went to a resort where all people who were evacuated are. They are all trying to deal with the pain and the crisis that they face in going back and trying to establish themselves.

Zille commended the mitigation plans that were put in place after last year's Knysna fire. She says if it wasn't for those plans, the fire would've destroyed more than it has at the moment.

People must create a defendable space around where they are. If there are right next to alien vegetation, then they are extremely at risk.
