Former mayoral committee member for urban development and transport in the City of Cape Town Brett Herron says the DA's manifesto is a total sham.

This week, Herron resigned from the DA and Mayco citing lack of leadership in the party and saying that the party has not transformed.

A lot of land is owned by the national government. We have long appealed to the government to release land.
