748 pupils still waiting to be placed in schools in Gauteng

The Department of Education on Gauteng says the number of pupils to be placed in grade 1 and grade 8 has decreased to 748.

The spokesperson for the Department of Education in Gauteng, Steve Mabona, says the challenge they are currently facing the department.

The only challenge with the 748 is we do have space, it's an alternative space which some parents don't want.
