Pholokgolo Ramothwala has helped shape the discourse around HIV/Aids in South Africa for more than twenty years through his work at the Treatment Action Campaign.
Additionally, he helps those diagnosed with the illness through his own business, The Positive Convention Network.
He recently published his book 'My Life Beyond HIV: What HIV taught me in 20 years.
Ramothwala sat down with Azania Mosaka to talk about his remarkable journey.

My work now is 90% working with people who are infected. With most of them it is a process, some, in five years they still don't have the energy to talk to anybody about being positive.
