How online retailers should be preparing for Black Friday frenzy

The biggest shopping day of the year in South Africa, Black Friday is fast approaching.

But are South African retailers and online shops ready for November 23?

Last year most online shops experienced technical problems due to an increased traffic on their website which resulted in some sites crashing.

Tech guru Aki Anastasiou says online stores need to make sure that they make provision for extra capacity on their sites.
