[LISTEN] 'Having a child in your life is emotionally healthy' - Nikki Bush
In the parenting feature, creative parenting expert Nikki Bush chats about humour in kids, and shares some personally funny stories of her own.
Laughter has a such a positive effect on our emotions and on our body - it leaves you revived and energised says Bush.
She adds that having kids is emotionally and physically healthy because they make up for our humour deficit.
Bush says that she uploaded a video of a hysterical game called Mumbo Jumbo.
The game received 450 views in a few hours and we were laughing so much, that we ended up crying adds Bush
Children, on average laugh 200 times a day and adults only laugh 15 - 18 times a day which is quite a difference.

The creative parenting expert shared a story of her five-year-old nephew who was desperate for a sibling.
Bush says that her nephew kept asking his mom when she was going to have another child.
My nephew said to his mom, 'Why can't dad's tadpoles find your egg?'
Bush laughs and adds that her nephew proceeded to say, 'Don't worry mummy, I'll give daddy a torch.'
Bush says that kids can be so innocently humorous.
