EWN reporter Babalo Ndenza says the report is 141 pages and it makes a number of damning findings against a number of individuals, some of whom are former executives and former board members at Eskom.

It also makes findings against former public enterprise minister Lynne Brown and Malusi Gigaba.

He says this final report is no different to the leaked report and that there are just minor tweaks in the wording and grammar.
