'Equal Education sexual harassment report caused some unhappiness'

In the wake of sexual harassment at Equal Education early this year, the organisation commisioned an independent inquiry into the allegations.

It's co-founder Doron Isaacs has been repeatedly accused of sexual harassment, and senior figures in the organisation, including prominent activist Zackie Achmat, have been accused of covering his tracks.

The independent inquiry has released its findings and author and Daily Maverick journalist Rebecca Davis shed some light on what the report contains.

The report has already caused some unhappiness from people who feel that in fact, it had not adequately gotten to the bottom of the allegations.
