How to take stock of your career and set next year's goals
How has 2018 been for you career-wise and what are your plans for the year ahead?
Personal development coach Pippa Leicher says it is important for you to look back, evaluate your level job satisfaction and plot the way forward.
Leicher advises that there's great value in reflecting on the year, your career achievements, obstacles and future opportunities.
