Why the N3 Gateway Radio app will spice up your road trip to KZN

If you're travelling along the N3 on your way to Durban this festive season, there's an application you can download to find out more about the route and interesting sites.

The app, which makes for a great companion, allows you to listen to your favourite radio station wherever you are. It tells you amazing, true stories about places you’re driving past and gives you live traffic updates.

702's Azania Mosaka spoke to Peter Delmar, author of The N4 Book and N3 Book and Founder of the app.

What you do is download the app. Then you have a choice of a radio station, and then when the app has got something to say, when it is at a particular GPS location it interacts.

It also will tell you about traffic. It is hands-free.
