'Prepping schools two days before opening determines upcoming year's success'

Professor of Education at Stellenbosch University Jonathan Jansen says schools being organised show success for the year.

Does the organisation of a school two days before the start of the new year determine how well that school will perform in the new year?

Professor of Education at Stellenbosch University Professor Jonathan Jansen says it does.

He says such preparation does determine the success of the school, however, adds that the majority of schools have not done so.

Being organised gives a school a perspective of what to expect in terms of future academic results.

If a school has strong management and leadership from the onset, it builds a strong correlation with the kind of results that you are going to get at the end of the year.
