[LISTEN] Protester on painting 'Stop killing SMEs' on his car outside Woolies

Entrepreneur Marinus Broodryk says retail giants should stop killing Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and should start supporting them.

Broodryk was responding to businesswoman Shannon McLaughlin's claim that the giant retailer has stolen her Ubuntu Baby Carrier concept.

The entrepreneur staged a protest outside a Woolworths in Rivonia with a protest note painted on his car's back windscreen.

The note said stop killing SMEs and it wasn't just to the incident that happened yesterday but it was just in general to all corporates and the public to stop killing SMEs and start supporting them.
