Zondo Commission adjournment: 'Security concern is under investigation'

The Zondo Commission of Inquiry into State Capture had to be adjourned on Thursday following security concerns.

This is after former Bosasa COO, Angelo Agrizzi told the commission he fears for his life and was concerned after seeing a former Bosasa employee at the commission wearing an expired police badge.

The security concern is still under investigation in terms of whether the alleged former employee of Bosasa was in the building according to our accreditation processes.

This is a public hearing process and there are accreditation processes that the commission follows and therefore we are still investigating whether the alleged person was in the building according to the right channels.
