702 Truck of Love with SPAR

702 Truck of Love with SPAR - Aubrey Masango visits St Mary's in Rosettenville

St Mary's Children's Home is a non-profit organisation established in 1902 to care for abandoned, abused, neglected, orphaned and vulnerable children.

In responding to the changing and growing needs, care has been extended to children whose lives have been impacted by HIV/AIDS -- either through the loss of one or both parents or, themselves have been infected with the virus.

Ahead of his visit to St Mary's, Talk at Nine presenter Aubrey Masango spoke to John Robbie about what exactly 702 would be doing to spread the love this afternoon.

They look after children from vulnerable backgrounds and we thought that we would go out there and spread the love with the Truck of Love together with Spar.

702, Aubrey Masango

This afternoon the 702 Truck of Love was filled with everything from groceries to garden tools and stationery for the entire St Mary's Children's Home family!
