[LISTEN] Caller recites traffic-inspired poem for Aki - and it's a real hoot
A creative listener named Allister penned an endearing and hilarious traffic poem for 702's resident traffic reporter and technology geek, Aki Anastasiou.
The poem took listeners of The Eusebius McKaiser Show on a journey through the Monday morning mayhem of Johannesburg congestion.
Here's an excerpt of the poem, titled "Aki's traffic nightmare: 702 radio Highway to Hell"
It's six o'clock in Joburg and the hooplas hit the fan
It's the Monday morning mayhem of trucks and cars and vans.
Old Aki's on the airwaves and his nerves are on the fray
He's going to burst a blood vessel, his hair is turning grey.
Traffic updates will never be the same!
