[VIDEO] Shocking footage as driver rides over pedestrian then does wheelie spins

The video posted on The Fatal Moves Team Twitter account on Thursday shows disturbing footage of a white gold riding over a pedestrian and then continuing to do wheel spins to show-off.

A crowd of spectators gathers and you can hear onlookers laughing on the video.

TimesLIVE reports that the Johannesburg metro police department has been made aware of the video but Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar explained the location of the incident and those involved have not been established.

Saps says it needs help from the public to identify the driver and victim.
