[LISTEN] PPGI aims to bring politics and business together

Chair at In Transformation Initiative (ITI) Roelf Meyer, was inspired to come up with the concept of the Public Private Growth Initiative to facilitate engagements between the public and private sectors.

It aims to bring politics and business together.

Meyer spoke to Mike Wills, standing in for Johan Maytham, about the project and its development.

Our purpose is mainly to facilitate and try to get the public and private sector to respect each other. We had a very nice event on Tuesday with the president and his cabinet ministers for the economic cluster. We brought sector representatives together with the public sector.
