Agrizzi gives the Mokgoro Commission the cold shoulder fearing charges

The Mokgoro Commission's spokesperson Bongiwe Gambu has confirmed that former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi will no longer testify at the commission on Thursday as expected.

The correspondence from Agrizzi's legal team explained his refusal to testify, believing his testimony will lead to him being held criminally liable. The reasoning follows the criminal charges he is facing after he gave testimony at the state capture commission.

Agrizzi's testimony at the Mokgoro Commission was in relation to allegations that he paid bribes to two advocates, Mokgwebi and Jiba.

Unfortunately, this is a slight hiccough because he has made damning allegations against the two advocates and we were hoping that he would avail himself to be cross-examined.
