It's been confirmed that the woman who accused former personal assistant to the African National Congress (ANC) Pule Mabe of sexual harassment has met with the ANC. This is after Mabe was cleared of the allegations by the ANC's grievance panel and instructed to go back to work citing that there was not enough evidence supporting the claims.
The panel ordered that both Mabe and his accuser return to work.
Gender activist Brenda Madumise, who has been assisting Mabe's accuser, says she cannot be expected to return to work in the same department as Mabe.
