Trouble in the bedroom? Dr Shingai answers men's sex and baby-making questions

Urologist and sexual health expert Dr Shingai Mutambirwa has shared his medical insights with men battling with various sexual and reproductive issues.

He opened the lines and answered questions on testosterone, gene-editing, how to boost ejaculate, trying for kids after a vasectomy, the effective treatments to help with erectile dysfunction, and more.

On 'reversing' a vasectomy:

If you do want to have a baby after a vasectomy, there are lots of options. One is surgical procedure to "reopen the highway". There an 80% chance of success. The other option is to collect sperm sitting in your testicles. The cost is high.

On low semen:

Unless you're having pain or difficulty [with orgasms or erection] don't get too stressed about it. It's not just about age. Even younger guys are affected by low volume.

On gene-editing:

All sciences involved in gene edting have come to the conclusion what's going to happen and we don't know the safety.

Caster has higher level of testosterone. But that's her naturally, she's not supplementing it.
