'It is clear that there are operational and technical challenges within Eskom'
CEO of the South Africa Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) Sicelo Xulu is part of a panel of experts appointed by Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan to compile an in-depth, independent audit of all Eskom power stations and understand its technical problems.
Xulu joined Karima Brown on her show to share details on some of the work he and the team will embark on.
He says it is clear that there are operational and technical challenges within the utility.
