IBM's AI scientists working on research to create new food flavours and recipes

Samsung launched 3 new phones last week as part of their Galaxy S range and celebrating a decade since the launch of their first device.

The new Samsung Galaxy S10 comes in three sizes – S10e, S10 and the S10+. They feature the world’s first Dynamic AMOLED display.

The cameras now feature three lenses that take amazing photographs and now also features an ultra-wide lens that can take photographs with a 123-degree view.

Another cool feature is Wireless Power Share that lets you share your power with other devices. The new devices have more battery power and the processors are considerably fast than the S9.

IBM are partnering with food companies to use AI and algorithms to create new flavor experiences and recipes.

Building on previous IBM research experience using AI to pair flavors, as well as proprietary IBM Research AI for Product Composition, they have created a system that uses new and advanced machine learning algorithms to sift through hundreds of thousands of formulas and thousands of raw materials, helping to identify patterns and novel combinations that fit specific design objectives.
