[LISTEN] What to do if a protection order is not adhered to
Criminal law expert Ulrich Roux says in the instance where police do not act against someone who is infringing a protection order, victims should approach a station commander.
Roux says he has been involved in quite a few matters where a protection order was not adhered to and this resulted in further abuse.
He says it is unlawful for police to not act in accordance with the court order.

He says unfortunately if there are allegations of corruption by police, there must be evidence.
