One man sadly died after collapsing on Smitwinkel.

Despite wind concerns during the week, Bellairs says the race went well.

He thanks all those involved in helping make it happen, and especially to Pick nPay and his team.

He emphasises that the CT Cycle Tour is not a commercially run operation, but rather a charitable trust.

It generates money for charity.

All the marshalls are volunteers he notes.

The event is really an event of the heart.
