Msimanga says DA can't rule out coalition with EFF in Gauteng
The DA's Premier candidate in Gauteng, Solly Msimanga, tells 702's Eusebius McKaiser that the party cannot rule out the possibility of a coalition government with the EFF in the province.
Msimanga says the opposition party is willing to collaborate with other political groups in order to secure a majority in the May elections.

'We need to build communities, not slums'
At the same time, Msimanga says its possible to get rid of informal settlements in the province with political will and investment in mixed housing communities as well as economic opportunities.

Msimanga answered tough questions about the housing backlog in Gauteng, job creation and then irregular appointment of his former chief of staff.
He also explained why he resigned as mayor of Tshwane, the GladAfrica tender controversy and whether city manager Moeketsi Mosola should be fired.
