Mxolisi Dukwana tells Zondo Commission Magashule introduced him to the Guptas.
On Friday, former Free State economic development MEC Mxolisi Dukwana told the Zondo Commission of Inquiry that ANC Secretary-General, Ace Magashule, introduced him to the Gupta family.
According to EWN reporter Nthakoana Ngatane, Dukwana testified how he had failed to retrieve records showing interactions between Magashule and himself, as well as records of trips to the Gupta's compound.
He says when he was dismissed as MEC under Ace Magashule he was locked out of office. His laptop and cellphone were taken away from him.Nthakoana Ngatane, Reporter - EWN
During an interview with eNCA political reporter Samkele Maseko, Magashule denied all allegations of corruption against him. He has threatened to take the matter to court in order to clear his name.
As he repeatedly says every time there are allegations against the members of the ANC - in this particular instance regarding the book that came out this week - that he is going to court and that people should be considered innocent until proven guilty.Nthakoana Ngatane, Reporter - EWN
This puts a huge test not only on the electoral process but the Constitution itself.Nthakoana Ngatane, Reporter - EWN
