Tourism Grading Council of South Africa defends its grading system

The grading system for accommodation in South Africa is not great in terms of accurately representing quality, according to The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield.

The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa’s revised grading standards for accommodation took effect on 1 April.

Whitfield interviewed Darryl Erasmus, Chief Quality Assurance Officer at the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.
