Back in January when Shannon McLaughlin blogged about how Woolworths seemingly copied her Ubuntu Baba Baby Carrier, she expected social media to notice.

And notice it did!

Woolies, feeling the pressure, admitted striking similarities and pulled theirs from the shelves.

It has since donated profits it made from selling its carriers to poor communities.

Ray White (in for Bruce Whitfield on The Money Show) interviewed McLaughlin for the weekly “ShapeShifter” feature.
