Amcu may soon be dead and buried

The Labour Registrar wants to deregister the Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union (Amcu).

Amcu has almost 250 000 members.

The struggling labour union hasn’t held a congress since launching and failed to disclose its finances as regulated.
