Ray White interviews Guy Leitch, Managing Editor at SA Flyer Magazine, and Miles van der Molen, CEO at CemAir.

The South African Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in January grounded CemAir, citing safety concerns.

However, a court has ruled against the CAA.

Ray White (in for Bruce Whitfield on The Money Show) interviewed Guy Leitch, Managing Editor at SA Flyer Magazine.

White also asked Miles van der Molen, CEO at CemAir, about the court ruling on the CAA’s grounding of his airline.

Listen to the interviews in the audio below (and scroll down for quotes from it).

They’ve had their knives out for CemAir from day one… The CAA keeps on losing… what are its motives?

Guy Leitch, Managing Editor - SA Flyer Magazine

Is the CAA doing all it can to develop the aviation industry?

Guy Leitch, Managing Editor - SA Flyer Magazine

Whether the CAA is playing fair… is hard to say… the courts have decided it’s being unreasonable in its attack on CemAir… it’s extremely discouraging…

Guy Leitch, Managing Editor - SA Flyer Magazine

We simply couldn’t make progress. They were completely unreasonable… Many hundreds of people lost their work… it’s outrageous…

Miles van der Molen, CEO - CemAir
