South Africans have indicated that many of them are experiencing some stress ahead of the 2019 national elections.
Pharma Dynamics revealed the findings of a survey that polled 1,900 people from across the country which illustrates how citizens are stressed out about the upcoming vote.

Seventy-five percent said they regarded the future of the country as a significant source of stress, 66% said they are stressed about the current political situation, 30% are showing stress when it comes to the upcoming elections and a further 40% say they suffer from politically related insomnia.— Nicole Jennings, Pharma Dynamics - Spokesperson
