IEC voting ink easily rubbing off, has social media talking

[VIDEO] Elderly woman bullied and dragged by men in EFF T-shirts

South Africans took to the polls to cast their vote on Wednesday, however, the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) ink that is applied on voter's thumb rubbing off, may have tainted the credibility of the election.

Watch below a video posted by the United Democratic Movement (UDM) leader Bantu Holomisa showing how easily the ink rubs off.
