Ndifuna Ukwazi law centre wants to put brakes on R8bn Foreshore development

The application by Amdec Property development for the R8bn development of Cape Town's Foreshore has been met with objections from Ndifuna Ukwazi.

The law centre says it is developments such as this that entrench Cape Town’s position as one of the most unequal and racially divided cities in South Africa and the world.

Ndifuna Ukwazi law centre attorney Jonty Cogger says the organisation has lodged legal objections.

The future of Cape Town needs to be compact and affordable.
