[WATCH] 75-year Mick Jagger still has the moves, even after heart surgery

Rolling Stones frontman and music legend Mick Jagger has clearly not let a medical procedure slow him down.

He posted a tweet of himself dancing and it received nearly 7 million views in less than a day.

Watch his moves below:

He had a heart valve replaced about 6 weeks ago, and he is back up and dancing.

At the time bandmate, Keith Richards took to Twitter to announce Mick's upcoming heart surgery and the cancellation of their American and Canadian tour.

Soon after the surgery, Mick thanked his fans for their support.

How does he do it?

In numerous interviews, Mick describes his years of building strength and endurance through a disciplined fitness regime, including pilates, yoga, and ballet - with a clean organic diet of fruit, vegetables, legumes, lean protein, and whole grains and very moderate consumption of alcohol.
