'Nemeth meddled with evidence, changed witness testimonies' says Jimmy's sister

Renisha Jimmy, the sister of Reshall Jimmy, who died when his Ford Kuga allegedly caught fire in December 2015, reflects on the court case currently underway at the Western Cape High Court.

Speaking to CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies Jimmy says Ford told the court that it was not liable for the death of Reshall.

They basically said that it is every other reason but their fault was the cause of the fire.

They spoke about the fact that the fire was about 1000 degrees celsius but expected Reshall to come out of that car.

It was difficult for me and the family to sit there and hear how my brother died, it was a difficult day.

Jimmy says her mother is struggling to find peace because Ford keeps on insisting that this was a probable suicide.

She says the family is geared up to keep on fighting.

Ford's US expert John Louds continues to give evidence.
