Former Transnet group treasurer Mathane Makgatho has the state capture commission of inquiry that the company’s former chief operating officer Anoj Singh ordered that she be blocked from accessing a data centre.
Tender bids for the controversial locomotives deal were being processed at the said centre.
Makgatho has been testifying at the state capture commission of inquiry on the role of Transnet’s treasury unit during the issuing of the multibillion-rand tender.

She is painting a picture of a man who was arrogant and who did not have any regard for the company's cash flow management policy.
