[WATCH] "Racism is not a crime," says Vicki Momberg during TV interview

On Tuseday convicted racist Vicki Momberg represented herself in the Johannesburg High Court after losing yet another legal representative. She was appealing her conviction and a two-year sentence.

On Wednesday night Momberg was interviewed on NewzRoom Africa by host JJ Tabane.

Despite using the k-word 48 times during her racist tirade in 2016, she appears to have no remorse.

"Racism is not a crime," she told Tabane. "I'm not guilty of a crime, I'm guilty of lashing out because of the trauma that I was under."

"There are programmes like the Trevor Noah show where they promote saying the K-word", she said and added that black people call each other the k-word.

She says she is not a danger to society and even "has black friends."

Needless to say, Twitter was not convinced.
