Emperors Palace launches Africa's first stadium gaming arena

Emperors Palace launched its Supanova Stadium Gaming arena, a first for the gaming industry across Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.

The cutting edge electronic gaming setup of 30 new Diamond series G5 interactive machines offers 24/7 electronic tables games.

Players can play up to four games at any time

An Interblock system enables players to choose four games that can run simultaneously or independently. These include Automatic Roulette, Live Roulette, Virtual Baccarat / Punto Banco, and Multi-hand Blackjack.

Multi-hand Blackjack is also a first in Africa, allowing users to play up to three hands at once.

Each machine has a big, beautiful high-definition 27-inch LCD display. Players can choose between different games in dealer-assisted or automatic video formats.

Each game is presented on large PID’s (Player Information Displays) where all four games’ statistics are displayed for player convenience. This larger than life feature increases players comfort and excitement.

Designed for maximum comfort

All stations are ergonomically designed and boast colour-adjustable illuminated armrests and a high-quality sound system.

Stadium Gaming offers a faster game for regular gamers, as they don’t have to cash out and change seats when they change games.

It’s also a great way for novice gamers to learn their way around the casino, says Ledwaba.

They can experience the fun and excitement of live tables without being intimidated by more experienced players.

And if the excitement of live roulette is your game, a dealer-assisted Roulette game is also available offering the privacy of their own game and table layout.

Bringing Baccarat and Blackjack to life

Stadium Gaming also brings new life to Baccarat, or Punto Banco, one of the oldest and most popular casino games worldwide.

It includes an eight-deck game with regular shuffling, while Super 6 side bets are optional. Lastly, Blackjack lovers can go head-to-head with the digital dealer on Multi-hand Blackjack.
