[WATCH] Looks like 'Mabena' found his way to Sona and Mzansi had a good chuckle

About a week ago, South Africans took to Twitter with hilarious memes after videos of a soldier in training in the SANDF just couldn't get his moves right.

In one video the trainee can be heard saying 'Mabena is tall and lazy for nothing", and "Disappoint me again Mabena" hence the name Mabena has become synonymous with anyone who is clumsy and awkward.

On Thursday outside the National Assembly in the parliamentary precinct ahead of President Cyril Ramaphosa's State of the Nation Address, SADF troops marched...and in this video, one soldier in the back row did a 'Mabena'. And as usual, Twitter was quick to react.
