[LISTEN] Rea Vaya road rehabilitation in Soweto going well, says MMC

Johannesburg's MMC for Transport Nonhlanhla Makhuba says road rehabilitation work on the Rea Vaya bus route between Soweto and the inner city is expected to be completed by Friday.

Makhuba conducted an oversight visit with mayor Herman Mashaba on Tuesday.

She says routes in the inner city will be completed in two weeks.

Phase 1A and Phase 1B, that should be completed in two weeks time but the one from Soweto into the CBD will be done by this Friday.
