Philanthropist and "Arts Angel", Carolyn Steyn once again inspired the nation to knit scarves in their annual Secret Scarf Mission which has grown in leaps and bounds over the past five years.
The project successfully managed to keep many underprivileged South Africans warm with the distribution of the scarves on Tuesday.
Steyn joined Joanne Joseph to talk about this year's event.

Our annual #SSS #SecretScarves in Port Elizabeth. Once a year we display handmade scarves in a public place and those who need it can help themselves... Because every day is #MandelaDay... #67Blankets @67Blankets pic.twitter.com/hLl0dfdahO— Karen van Rooyen (@Kavaro) July 9, 2019
