When he put his heart into something no matter how scary, he would commit 100%, and he did that with everything in his life.

Quin says it was tough in the early years when the SABC refused to play Clegg's music and they were harassed by the apartheid security police.

Johnny was detained, we had our passports taken, the police would follow us around and harass us.
