The Board has decided to appeal the judgement…

Tabby Tsengiwe, Chief Communications Officer - Old Mutual Group

The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg on Tuesday ruled that Moyo’s dismissal was unlawful.

He was fired in June for alleged misconduct related to a conflict of interests in his NMT Group.

Old Mutual shares fell more than 3% after the court ruling.
