Darren "Whackhead" Simpson's pranks in global top ten

947 Breakfast Xpress presenter Darren Whackhead Simpson has two of his prank calls featured on the "10 Famous Prank Calls That Will Never Not Be Funny" list by Comedy Central UK.

The radio presenter and comedian always get his listeners laughing during his morning show when he catches his unsuspecting victims.

Whackhead said he is pleased that his antics made the list along with some of the biggest radio personalities and pranksters.

I’m well chuffed – last night I got a message from Steve Pink, one of the biggest radio personalities and pranksters in the world and he told me about this list of ten pranks that ‘will never not be funny’.

I went through it and there were some guys that I look up to like Elvis Duran and Howard Stern. I scrolled through it and found myself at number 6 – and at number 2! The funniest pranks of all time! And my friend Steve Pink is at number 1.”
