Timothy Omotoso's lawyer to appeal jurisdiction ruling

The Port Elizabeth High Court has upheld its ruling that it has jurisdiction over all charges faced by religious leader Timothy Omotoso and his co-accused.

Defence lawyer Peter Daubermann argued that only seven of the charges related to alleged offences in Port Elizabeth.

Pastor Timothy Omotoso and his two co-accused returned to the Port Elizabeth High Court on Monday, where they are standing trial for a string of offences.
