President Cyril Ramaphosa axed Jiba in April based on the findings and recommendations of the inquiry led by Mokgoro.

In a letter to Parliament, Jiba’s lawyer Zola Majavu asked for confirmation that the process related to her be suspended until her review process was concluded.

Clement Manyathela on the Xolani Gwala Show chats to Majavu.

I can confirm that on behalf of advocate Jiba, we launched a judicial review at the Western Cape High Court on Wednesday.
