The New Nation Movement wants a section of the Electoral Act to be declared unconstitutional.
Represented by Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi, the movement says the electoral law makes it mandatory to contest national elections only through a political party and that goes against international laws that the country subscribes to.
