Is raw sewage being pumped into the Glen Forest in Camps Bay, Cape Town?

Cape Talk listener Lee discovered this stream of smelly, blue matter while out on a walk on Monday morning.

Lee says the stench engulfed the whole area.

I was walking up the Glen towards the cable car and my friend said 'Oh my God that is raw sewage getting pumped down there?'.

Lee, Cape Talk listener

About half a kilometre up there was just raw sewage running down the stream which is just unbelievable.

Lee, Cape Talk listener

It looks like they have put something blue in it to disperse it.

Lee, Cape Talk listener

Lee says she's had great difficulty in reporting the matter to the City of Cape Town.

The city doesn't know which department it is and National Parks and Forestry don't even answer their phone.
